Dora’s Space was created from a simple observation: business owners are spending too much time working in their business and not enough time working on it.
Throughout my career, I have worked across leadership, operations, human resources, administration, business development, training, marketing, systems implementation and project delivery. Time and time again, I saw the same challenge. Businesses needed support, but hiring a full-time employee for every function wasn’t always practical, affordable or necessary.
Many businesses don’t need a full-time HR Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Payroll Officer, Personal Assistant, Website Manager or Administration Specialist. What they need is access to experienced professionals who can step in, understand the business, and get the work done efficiently.
