Dora’s Space was founded by Director Michelle Bottrall, who brings over 25 years of experience across administration, marketing, recruitment, training, payroll, systems, process development, and policy writing.  Michelle identified a clear gap—businesses needing capable, experienced support without the time, resources, or structure to build it internally.
